Attorney Marshall E. Johnson is a 1979 graduate of the New England School of Law in Boston, Massachusetts. Following his graduation from law school, Attorney Johnson served as an Assistant District Attorney in Plymouth County where he prosecuted criminal trials in all of the District Courts and the Superior Court of Plymouth County. Attorney Johnson entered private practice in 1986 and in 1994 he opened an office for the practice of law in Plymouth, Massachusetts where he continues to expand his criminal defense, domestic relations and personal injury practice.

Marshall Johnson provides his clients with a wide range of legal representation, including defense of criminal cases such as drunk driving, vehicular homicide, rape, armed robbery and other serious crimes. In addition, Attorney Johnson represents clients in divorce cases, paternity cases, and visitation and custody disputes. He also represents people injured in car accidents, slip and falls, work place accidents, or even as the result of the wrong criminal actions of others.
